REVIEW ITALKIT LC.26.40
The kit is shipped in a very small box, composed by:
> 2 aluminum plates
> 3 intake seals
> 2 "V" Plastic prisms with 0,28 mm carbon reeds mounted
> 1 ITALKIT sticker
What is missing and you need it:
Longer Screws
BEWARE!! Use longer screws. Don't fall on the temptation of using original screws, You will certainly damage the thread like I did!
I recommend use a M6x35mm with a 2mm washer / spacer. Original screw measure 22mm long, kit assembled measure 20mm leaving only 2mm of thread.
My opinion: Overall a good quality ITALKIT product , divided in parts of aluminum and plastic, stays below of the single piece TASSINARI_VFORCE quality, but better them original, so middle range quality.
Big oval intake, bigger then the intake manifold, no worries about air restriction.
It is higher than stock.
You can buy spare carbon reeds LP.26.40.
Much stiffer them the original reeds valve!
If you are looking for a cheaper substitute of VFORCE 3/4 you have find it! Worth well the money!
The negative things to pointing out is:
Seals are too hard, feel like they don’t do seal like they should, original seals are probably better.
The 2 "V" Plastic prisms don't close complete when assembled.
Need to force the kit in and out, necessary to polish in the sides to avoid that.
ITALKIT have a single V replacement, LC.26.4. Like the original, but with carbon reeds.
So people, yours thought ?? Spelling correction and information errors are welcome!
I did forget 1 seal the first time
