NSR F RAIDEN FULL POWE 21KW VERY SLOW PLS HELP

Hi, I have a nsr f raiden 1993, the one without fairings, full power model the Italian one(I'm Italian and I live in Italy) I noticed that, after installed the giannelli exhaust system, the nsr doesn't even reach 140kmh, and for the reaching of 130kmh is very slow, rpm goes very fast, in 1 2 3 but in 4 5 can't even reach red zone at 11500 rpm, ad also in 1 2 3 the maximum of rpm is 11500,the bike with his default exhaust, could reach 145-150kmh but very slow and in difficulty, after the new exhaust the bike, can't go up with rpm and the speed doesn't go up, sorry for the English, and anyone has giannelli system tune and carb settings?

The Italian version with a Gianelli uses:

Mainjet: 138
Secondary jet: 65
Idle Jet: 40
Starter jet: 60
Needle: X84

etc.

You have carb tube info too? Because with 138 bike won't go more than 130kmh
